Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Please make sure you read our policy carefully upon booking a tour. If you have a question, please give us a call at (844) 550-6284 (8am-8pm HST).
  • If you cancel more than 72 hours (3 full days) before your scheduled trip departure, your payment will be fully refunded. Refunds may take 30-60 days to be posted to your account.
  • If you cancel within 72 hours (3 days) of your scheduled trip departure, for any reason whatsoever, or are a no-show, no refund will be provided. For this reason, we recommend you book a tour for a few days after arrival, so if your Maui trip is canceled due to a positive Covid test or other complication, you may cancel your tour before the 72 hours and receive a refund.
  • Tours may be transferred to another name, rescheduled at no cost depending on availability, or converted into a gift card.
  • Gift cards are valid for two years from the date of issue. Gift cards are transferable, but not redeemable for cash.
  • Tours go rain or shine. However, we make reasonable arrangements to reschedule upon request, depending on availability. We take your safety seriously and if weather and road conditions are deemed to be dangerous, we will reschedule or cancel the tour. If Explore Maui Nature needs to cancel a tour due to weather or any other unforeseen circumstances, your payment will be fully refunded.

Placing Orders for Goods
By placing an Order for Goods through the Service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

If You wish to place an Order for Goods available on the Service, You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to Your Order including, without limitation, Your name, Your email, Your phone number, Your credit card number, the expiration date of Your credit card, Your billing address, and Your shipping information.

By submitting such information, You grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Your Order.

Order Changes & Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse, make changes to, reschedule, or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons, including but not limited to:

Guide/driver or vehicle availability
Hazardous weather or road conditions
Other circumstances beyond Our control
Force majeure
Errors in the description or prices for Goods
Errors in Your Order
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Should change or cancellation prove necessary, We will give You reasonable notice thereof, in the circumstances, & where available, offer You a comparable alternative. If an alternative is not available or acceptable, You will be entitled to either a full refund of monies paid by You to Us, or You can transfer Your booking to another itinerary, date, or person without any transfer fee, based on availability.

If the cancellation is due to Force Majeure (i.e. circumstances like political unrest, war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, closure of airports or ports, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, natural & nuclear disasters, fire, epidemic or health risk, Acts of God, adverse weather conditions or other similar events beyond Our control) we will give a full refund of any monies paid to Us less reasonable expenses incurred by Us in respect of your booking.

We are not responsible for the costs of any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations or rescheduling of any tour departure.

Cancellation & Weather Policy
Cancellations made over 72 hours (3 full days) before Your scheduled trip departure will be refunded, less a flat $50 administrative fee.

Cancellations made within 72 hours (3 days) of Your scheduled trip departure, or no-shows, for any reason, including but not limited to flight or ship cancellation or change of itinerary, medical emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, will incur a 100% charge.

Bookings may be transferred to another name or rescheduled at no cost, depending on availability.

Tours go rain or shine. However, if weather conditions are undesirable, We make reasonable attempts to reschedule or offer an alternative itinerary, depending on availability.

If weather or road conditions are deemed to be dangerous, We will offer to reschedule, or cancel the tour. If We need to cancel a tour due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances beyond Our control, your payment will be fully refunded. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, , and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Refunds may take up to 30 days to be posted to your account.

Your Order Cancellation Rights
Any Goods you purchase can only be cancelled in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and Our Cancellation Policy above.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
We are constantly updating Our offerings of Goods on the Service. The Goods available on Our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and We may experience delays in updating information regarding our Goods on the Service and in Our advertising on other websites.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Prices Policy
The Company reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an Order.

The prices quoted may be revised by the Company subsequent to accepting an Order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action, increase in gas costs, higher foreign exchange costs and any other matter beyond the control of the Company. In that event, You will have the right to cancel Your Order.

Payments
All Goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made with all major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, American Express cards.

Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer.

Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by You or other users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Country and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.

Your Feedback to Us
You assign all rights, title and interest in any Feedback You provide the Company.
